Energetic healings are also done using Clairvoyance, or clear seeing, from my 6th chakra.  I will watch the colors in your energetic field, working with you in spirit as your physical and energetic spaces realign with your own healthy, vibrant life force.

During a healing all you need do is receive.  You may be aware of feelings of heat in your body or see colors in your mind's eye.  Feelings may come up and move through as you release them.
